Playing with a new way to illustrate. I like lines but am not an inker. Miss Danielle Corsetto was nice enough to tip me into two kinds of pens, I asked her because her drawing looks heavy handed. I draw like there’s a 30lb weight attached to my hand so I thought it might help.

I got one of the pens, a Pentel Pocket Brush but as she said, it’s a lot like an ink and brush, I found it gives a lot more of a dry brush effect which is pretty cool. however it’s a bit too dainty for me. 

So fuck it, I’ll so what I’ve always done and embrace it. “Ink” with a color pencil and call it a day. I think it looks a lot nicer than the tablet drawn lines I’ve been doing, that’s for sure. 

I’m asking for critiques! Please let me know what you think of this look!

I took new photos for the shop yesterday. Thankfully I did it because there is now a giant cinderblock wall blocking all my light from that window.

I was going to out something like “bring me home” or “get us home,” but damnit, I am sick of people depending on other people. That bitch is going to make sure her ass gets where she needs to be and you’ll get there too.
